Hi Me Ro Me

It's the year 20XX or something in the fictional futuristic city of "Hi", Japan. A futuristic city where the lights are so bright they dazzle the blind. In comes Me Ro Me, a thrill-seeking Russian looking to scale Hi's tallest building, a winding tower with a tough electric security scanner constantly rotating around its cylindrical outside. Go high or go die.
